The T&T Tools 72″ Water Probe WPA72 is one of the most innovative probes for penetrating very dry and hard soil, including grounds with frozen layers. With a valve designed for connecting with a standard garden hose, the WPA72 does its job by allowing water to flow through the shaft and then out to the tip. This allows the water to soften the ground and make probing easier.

There are many perks when using a WPA72 probe. However, proper caution must be observed because this probe, unlike the Mighty Probe™, is not insulated. As such, it doesn’t provide protection against electric current and electric shock. If users want this protection in-built in their probe, then the Mighty Probe™ might be the better option for them.

Because of its features, the WPA72 water probe may be used in other applications aside from probing hard soil. Since it allows water to flow through its shaft then out to the tip, this probe is useful for backfilling trenches as well as cleaning meter boxes and catch basins.
